Terms of Service

ReachEm finds and qualifies business leads from an ideal customer profile you describe, drafts personalized email sequences, sends them from your own connected Gmail account, classifies replies, and tracks meetings. Features marked “coming soon” or gated behind an entitlement may not be available to your workspace.

You must provide a valid email address and a password of at least 8 characters, and you are responsible for activity in your workspace. One organization per workspace; keep your credentials confidential.

Lead discovery consumes credits; paid plans and credit purchases are described on the Billing page inside the product [INSERT PRICING TERMS]. Unless stated otherwise, purchases are non-refundable once credits are consumed. We may suspend workspaces for non-payment after notice.

You must use ReachEm in compliance with all laws that apply to you, including anti-spam and data-protection law (e.g. CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR where applicable). Specifically you must not: contact people who have opted out; import lists you have no lawful basis to contact; send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or infringing content; misrepresent the sender or purpose of a message; or use the service to target consumers where your applicable law restricts B2B-only outreach.

We may remove content, pause a campaign, or suspend a workspace that violates these rules or creates deliverability or legal risk. Unsubscribe and suppression handling in the product must not be circumvented.

Sending happens through mailboxes and messaging accounts you own and connect. You are responsible for your provider's terms and for what is sent from your accounts. You can disconnect an account at any time, which stops sending from it immediately.

Sequence copy is drafted for you and shown for review before sending where the campaign requires it. You are responsible for reviewing and sending it. You keep the rights to your own content and the lead data you import; we keep the rights to the service itself.

We work to keep the service available but it is provided “as is” without warranties; we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for amounts beyond what you paid us in the 12 months before a claim. We may update these terms with notice; continued use after an update means acceptance. You can stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time from Settings → Account; [DESCRIBE ANY REFUND/EXPORT DETAILS].
